On the first day of spring break Brandon went fishing with some friends. We had a lot of rain the day before and a pond overflowed into some ditches and some fish were trapped in the pool of water. I asked why they didn't just rescue the fish by throwing them back in the pond and Brandon got the most bewildered look on his face. He said "because we went spear fishing!" If you ever get lost out in the wilderness you want Brandon to be with you. He's going to be a leader with scouts this summer. They are going on a Kodiak High Adventure.
