Meet our newest, and smelliest, members of the family: Chester and Charlie.
I guess the biggest changes this month was that we were adopted by two stray dogs. We started to call the pound on them, but Geary had too much compassion. We took them to the vet and they got their shots, and some HUGE ticks pulled out of their ear. One was so big that the dog had to be put to sleep to remove it. We also discovered that they had mange. UGH. It was pretty easy to treat. Each dog got 1 shot and then a 2nd shot two weeks later. What's a little bit of money?
We thought the dogs were older but they are about 4-6 months old. The vet thought they were 1/2 brothers because they share the same markings.
